“No” Diet

It’s ok to say No sometimes.

In fact, I *highly* recommend it.

Easier said than done for most of us, though.

Good news: Like any skill, saying No gets easier with practice.

The best No practice I know is this “No” Diet from my pals at the Conscious Leadership Group.

The gist: For two week (or more!) commit to saying No whenever anyone asks you to do something. (The handout has more detailed instructions.)

It’s edgy. It’s transformative.

Let me know if you give it a try.

To more space for the perfect things you’re SUCH a Yes to,

Rachel

PS – Here’s some fun insight about why No might be hard for you, based on the Enneagram.
